Compatibility and Usage of Mequindox | Acetylmequine
The common name of dysentery net is acetylmethaquine, and its chemical name is 3-methyl-2-ethylquinoxaline-1,4-dioxide. It is bright yellow crystal or yellow-white needle-like powder. It tastes slightly bitter and turns dark when exposed to light. It is slightly soluble in water and easily soluble in chloroform, benzene and acetone. Mix with water and heat above 30°C to dissolve.
effect
1. Broad-spectrum antibacterial drug, its antibacterial mechanism is to inhibit the synthesis of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) in bacteria, and has a strong inhibitory effect on most bacteria. Stronger against Gram-negative bacteria. It is highly sensitive to fish enteritis pathogenic bacteria and is easy to kill. It is stronger against Gram-negative bacteria than Gram-positive bacteria, and it also has a stronger effect on Treponema. Its antibacterial mechanism is to inhibit the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) synthesis of bacteria, and it is effective against piglet yellow scour, pullorum, calf diarrhea, paratyphoid fever, poultry Pasteurella, chick pullorum, chicken colibacillosis, etc. Swine dysentery caused by spirochetes is also used for bacterial enteritis. This product is well absorbed when taken orally, can be distributed in the tissues of the whole body, and can be eliminated quickly in the body.
2. This product is safe and well absorbed when taken orally. It forms a high concentration in the intestinal wall tissue in a short period of time, inhibits bacterial metabolism and reproduction, and quickly enters the blood circulation and various tissues and organs of the body to treat systemic diseases.
3. It metabolizes quickly in fish, and its elimination speed is faster than that of sulfonamides and quinolones. When used as fish medicine, drug residues can be reduced to a minimum.
4. When the dose is 3-5 times higher than the clinical treatment dose or if it is used for a long time, it will cause adverse reactions and even death. Poultry are sensitive to this, especially ducks.
Dosage
Aquatic products: For oral administration, mix this product evenly into the bait to make medicinal bait for feeding. Prevention: Add 400g of this product for every 1000kg of feed, once every half a month. Treatment: Add 800g of this product for every 1000kg of feed, and increase the amount according to the condition. External application: Sprinkle the whole pool after dilution, use 3g of this product per cubic meter of water. Oral administration: one dose, 1kg body weight, 5-10mg for cattle and pigs. Injection: 10ml, 50ml, intramuscular injection, 2-5mg per 1kg of cattle and pigs. Chicken 30-60kg water/g.
Precautions
1. Mix medicine and feed evenly.
2. Disposal measures for waste packaging: centralized incineration and deep burial after medication.
3. Excessive use can easily cause skin rash and leukopenia, which can return to normal after stopping the drug.
Incompatibility
1. With fluoroquinolones: When mixed with ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin, it becomes turbid after 30 minutes, and continues to be placed into a white-like milky precipitate. Ofloxacin, norfloxacin, and pefloxacin mesylate were mixed without standing turbidity.
2. With colistin: dysentery net presents a decrease in solubility, and dysentery net is precipitated in a needle shape.
3. With olaquindox: increased toxicity.
