Caffeic acid is widely distributed in a variety of traditional Chinese medicine plants, such as wormwood, thistle, honeysuckle, etc. It belongs to phenolic acid compounds, and has pharmacological effects such as cardiovascular protection, anti-mutagenesis, anti-cancer, antibacterial and antiviral, lipid-lowering and hypoglycemic, anti-leukemia, immune regulation, gallbile hemostasis and anti-oxidation. 1. The roots and stems of single panicle cohoba were extracted with methanol, concentrated and de-methanol under reduced pressure. The residue is dissolved by heating water, and the insoluble matter is removed by filtering while it is hot. After cooling, it was extracted with benzene, and the benzene solution was washed with 1% sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution, and the washing solution was collected. Add dilute hydrochloric acid to acidify, use benzene to free organic acid from it, reduce pressure to concentrate and remove benzene, the residue is caffeic acid enriched product.
2. Tobacco: FC, 53, 54. It is obtained by acid hydrolysis of chlorogenic acid.
