Product details
In 2006 a team of researchers at the University of California, Berkeley reported that they had produced the precursor artemisinic acid by fermentation with engineered Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This allows the microbially prepared semisynthetic artemisinic acid to be transported, purified, and chemically converted to artemisinin.
Artemisic Acid Powder is a natural compound extracted from Artemisia annua, also known as artemisinin. Artemisic Acid Raw Materials is a white crystalline powder with a bitter taste and faint aroma. Artemisic Acid CAS 80286-58-4 has broad-spectrum antimalarial effects and has been widely used in the treatment of malaria.

With the aid of synthetic biology, a modified mevalonate pathway was used to engineer yeast cells to express acacia diene synthase and cytochrome P450 oxidase (CYP71AV1), both derived from the engineered bacterium Escherichia coli. The purpureol-4,11-diene was subjected to a three-step oxidation to obtain the resulting artemisinic acid.

Applications of Artemisic Acid Powder:
Artemisic acid is a natural compound extracted from Artemisia annua, also known as artemisinin. It is a white crystalline powder with a bitter taste and a faint aroma. Artemisinic acid has broad-spectrum antimalarial effects and has been widely used in the treatment of malaria. In addition, artemisinic acid has anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, antiviral and antibacterial effects and is considered to be an important natural medicine. Artemisinic acid has few side effects, but long-term use may lead to adverse effects such as deafness.

Pharmacological Effect of Artemisic Acid Powder:
Artemisinic acid (Qing Hao acid) is a sesquiterpene isolated from Artemisia annua, which has various pharmacological activities, such as antimalarial activity, antitumor activity, antipyretic activity, antibacterial activity, chemosensory effect and antiadipogenic effect. It is a white crystalline powder, soluble in methanol, ethanol, DMSO and other organic solvents, and comes from Artemisia annua, family Asteraceae.
Artemisinic acid has Anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects. In addition, artemisinic acid has Anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, antiviral and antibacterial effects, and is considered to be an important natural medicine. Artemisinic acid has few side effects, but long-term use may lead to adverse effects such as deafness.
