Acrylonitrile is reacted with ammonia in diphenylamine and tert-butanol solution to produce β-aminopropionitrile, which is then subjected to alkaline digestion. Add acrylonitrile, diphenylamine and tert-butanol in turn in a dry autoclave, stir for 5min, add liquid ammonia, control temperature 100-109℃, pressure about 1MPa, keep warm and stir for 4h. Cool to below 10℃, stop stirring when the pressure drops to atmospheric pressure.
At 65-70℃/(8.0-14.7kPa), recover tert-butanol under reduced pressure to obtain crude β-aminopropionitrile, and then distill the crude product under reduced pressure and collect 66-105℃/(1.33-4.0kPa) fraction to obtain β-aminopropionitrile.
