Product details
Resveratrol of Usage and Synthesis.Resveratrol (Res) is a non-flavonoid polyphenol compound that is considered to be a plant antitoxin, produced when plants are under pathogen attack and environmental degradation. It mainly exists in 72 species of plants of 31 genera and 12 families, such as grape, knotstalk, peanut, mulberry, pine, maryam, and Korean Sophora.
Natural plant extraction method: Polygonum cuspidatum was used as raw material to extract and isolate Res crude, and then purified. The crude extraction technology mainly includes organic solvent extraction method, alkali extraction method and enzyme extraction method, microwave assisted extraction method, CO2 supercritical extraction, ultrasonic assisted extraction and other new methods are also applied. The main purpose of purification is to separate resveratrol cis, trans isomer and resveratrol glycosides from extracted Res crude to obtain trans-resveratrol. The commonly used purification methods are chromatography, silica gel column chromatography, thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and so on.
Resveratrol has significant antioxidant activity on both animal and vegetable oils. Among the three oil samples with resveratrol concentration of 120, 240,360 mg/kg, oil sample of 240mg/kg showed the strongest antioxidant activity. In the antioxidant test on lard, the antioxidant effect of resveratrol was stronger than that of tea polyphenols with the same concentration.
Uses of Resveratrol.
Resveratrol is a phenolic plant antitoxin found in grape skins and other plants. It has intracellular antioxidant activity to activate the deacetylase SIRT1. The anti-diabetic, neuroprotective and anti-lipid properties of resveratrol may be due to the activation of the deacetylase SIRT1.
It can prevent the oxidation of low density lipoprotein, with potential prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, cancer prevention, antiviral and immunomodulatory effects, its role is mainly manifested in its antioxidant properties
Antioxidant, with anti-inflammatory, antithrombotic, anti-cancer, anti-cancer, anti-hyperlipidemia, antibacterial and many other activities
Cardiovascular drugs, can reduce blood lipids, and can prevent heart disease, but also has anti-AIDS effect.
Pharmacological action of Resveratrol.
Resveratrol is not only a chemopreventive agent for tumor diseases, but also a chemopreventive agent for reducing platelet aggregation, preventing and treating atherosclerosis and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. In the 1990s, Chinese scientific and technological workers continued to deepen their research on resveratrol, and revealed its pharmacological effects: inhibiting abnormal platelet coagulation, preventing myocardial congestion and cerebral embolism, protecting the hypoxic heart, effectively restoring the decline in cardiac output caused by burn or hemorrhagic shock, and expanding arteries and improving microcirculation
Resveratrol is an anti-free radical, antioxidant associated with the following functions:
1, delay aging;
2, prevent the oxidation of low density lipoprotein, with potential prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases (atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease, ischemic heart disease, hyperlipidemia, etc.);
3, affect lipid and arachidonic acid metabolism;
4, anti-thrombotic, anti-platelet aggregation;
5, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic effect.
