Uses of Aniracetam.
Aniracetam is a piracetam derivative, a gamma-lactam brain function improvement agent, which can selectively act on the central nervous system and brain tissues through the blood-brain barrier, improve brain function, improve memory, and promote and enhance memory function. Compared with piracetam, it has the advantages of strong action, quick effect and low toxicity. Animal experiments have proved that this product has a good promotion effect on the memory reproduction process of normal rat discrimination learning, can fight against the memory loss caused by hypoxia, and can effectively improve the memory disorders caused by some reasons. Pharmacological action of Bulk Aniracetam powder.
Aniracetam is a cycled derivative of gamma-aminobutyric acid, which is used to improve brain function. It can selectively affect the central nervous system through the blood-brain barrier. It can activate brain cell metabolism and protect nerve cells. This product can also produce intellectual effects by affecting the glutamate receptor system. It can also improve the anti-hypoxia ability of the cortex and prevent the loss of learning and memory function caused by a variety of chemicals, hypercapnia, scopolamine or electroshock. This product has no sedative or excitatory effect, and has no vasodilator effect. Animal experiments have proved that this product has a good promotion effect on the memory reproduction process of normal rat discrimination learning, can fight against the memory loss caused by hypoxia, and can effectively improve the memory disorders caused by some reasons.
Product Methods of Aniracetam.
Methods 1:2-pyrrolidone and p-methoxybenzoyl chloride were reflow in ether and triethylamine at 0-10 ℃ for 3h to obtain aniracetam.
Method 2: Reaction of p-methoxybenzoic acid with sulfoxide chloride to obtain p-methoxybenzoyl chloride (90% yield). Then, p-methoxybenzoyl chloride reacted with 4-aminobutyric acid in aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide in the presence of triethylbenzyl ammonium salt (TEBA) to obtain 4-(4-methoxybenzoyl) aminobutyric acid (yield 69.4%), and then cycled with dichlorosulphoxide in toluene to obtain aniracetam with yield of 80.4% and melting point of 118-120 ℃.
Method 3: After chlorination of p-methoxybenzoyl acid to p-methoxybenzoyl chloride, aniracetam was obtained by reaction with 2-pyrrolidone sodium in the presence of tetrahydrofuran and 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) in yield of 76.2%(measured in p-methoxybenzoyl chloride) with melting point of 118 ~ 119℃.
