Production method of Carbocysteine Powder.
L-cysteine was prepared as an aqueous solution of disodium salt, reacted with chloroacetic acid in the presence of sodium metabisulfite, firstly reacted at 20-30°C for 0.5h, then reacted at 20°C for 15min, activated carbon was added to the reactants, filtered, and the filtrate was acidified with concentrated hydrochloric acid to pH2.5, which resulted in the formation of carboxymethylstannane precipitate, filtered, washed and vacuum dried, which resulted in the finished product. In terms of L-cysteine, the yield is 92%.
