Add 0.1% activated carbon and stir for 10 minutes, filtered while hot, the filtrate is placed at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours, pour off the supernatant, filtration, collection of precipitated crystals, the crystals will be washed twice with distilled water to the washings for pH = 6, pumped dry, dry at 60 ℃, that is, to obtain the white zinc citrate, zinc citrate collection of 14.2 kg, the yield of 82.1%, the purity of 98.2%.
Product method of Bulk Zinc Citrate Powder.
10.5g (0.05mo1) citric acid, dissolved in 100mL distilled water, to which was added 6.1g (0.075mo1) zinc oxide in batches, heated and stirred in a water bath at 60-80 ° C to react for 2h; filtered while hot, the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to 1/3 of the original volume, added 10mL of 95% ethanol, at room temperature. Standing crystallization 6h, after filtration, washing, vacuum drying obtained white powder zinc citrate product 14.8g, yield 96.2%, purity 99.6%.
