Product details
Bovine serum albumin (BSA), also known as the fifth fraction, is a globulin in bovine serum containing 607 amino acid residues and has a wide range of applications in biochemical experiments. BSA is generally used as a stabilizer in preservation solutions and reaction solutions of restriction or modification enzymes to stabilize the enzyme activity and prevent enzyme breakdown and non-specific adsorption.
Uses of Compound Amino Acid.
BSA, StandardGrade, can meet most of the routine experimental needs, such as used as immunocontainment, tissue cell (microbial, animal and insect cells, etc.) culture nutrients and culture components, protein/enzyme stabilizers, and protein quantitative standards.
DiagnosticGrade BSA can be used for most routine laboratory needs such as immunocontainment, protein/enzyme stabilizers, diluents, carriers and protein standards.
In addition, it can be used for immunoassays, cell culture and hybridization experiments with high sensitivity requirements.
Preparation of Compound Amino Acid.
Product Method of Bulk Compound Amino Acid Powder.
The serum is separated from bovine blood, graded and precipitated with ammonium sulfate, and then refined by octanoic acid treatment.
