Preparation of Anhydrous Glucose.
A method for extracting high purity glucose and functional oligosaccharides from a crystalline glucose mother liquor, employing high efficiency chromatographic separation technology in order to obtain high purity glucose and functional oligosaccharides.
The method includes:
a, synthesising a resin: a calcium-type or lead-type chelating resin for adsorptive separation of glucose is first synthesised;
b. Separation and purification: using a fixed bed containing the above-mentioned calcium-type or lead-type chelating resins, a pure glucose product and a functional oligosaccharide product are obtained by separating and purifying the glucose from the mother liquor of crystalline glucose using simulated moving bed technology.
