The mechanism of quinolines against coccidia is that quinolines can prevent the transport of mitochondrial electrons to inhibit coccidia respiration, so that coccidia can not develop normally. After entering the sporozoite cells, it prevents their development by interfering with DNA synthesis. Thus avoid poultry intestinal damage.
