Production method of Enrofloxacin Hydrochloride Powder.

• 1. Crude: Dissolve Enrofloxacin in 120 times of water heated to 90 ℃, add hydrochloric acid for 30min, adjust pH3 ~ 4, hot filtration to remove impurities. Adjusted to pH1 with hydrochloric acid, cooled to precipitate crystals, centrifuged to get enrofloxacin hydrochloride.
• 2. Refinement: take the crude Enrofloxacin hydrochloride dissolved in appropriate amount of distilled water, add 4% activated carbon decolorization and filtration, natural crystallization, dry at 80 ℃ for 10h, Enrofloxacin hydrochloride pure product.
