Aminophyllinum is a commonly used bronchodilator that relaxes smooth muscles such as bronchus and biliary ducts directly to relieve spasms. Indirectly inhibit the release of histamine and other allergic substances; It can strengthen the contractility of the myocardium, increase the cardiac output and dilate the blood vessels of the coronary artery, but it is generally not used as an anti-angina drug.
