Uses and functions of Robenidine Hydrochloride Powder.

Robenidine is a low-toxicity and high-efficiency anticoccidial drug, which can be used in chicken feed, the dosage is 30-36g/t, prohibited during egg-laying period, with a withdrawal period of 7 days; it can also be used in rabbit feed, with a dosage of 50-66g/t, prohibited during pregnancy, with a withdrawal period of 7 days.

It is a new type of high efficient anticoccidial drug with high efficacy, low toxicity and good palatability. It has good effect on acute or chronic chicken coccidiosis. It can significantly improve the weight gain rate and feeding remuneration of rabbits and poultry. Anti-coccidiosis drug, has good effect on acute or chronic chicken coccidiosis.

Pharmacological Effects of Robenidine Hydrochloride Powder.

Prepared by condensation of p-chlorobenzaldehyde with N,N'-diaminoguanidine hydrochloride.Preparation of N,N'-diaminoguanidine monohydrochloride (1,3-Diaminoguanidinemonohydrochloride,CH7N5-HCl,[36062-19-8]): Starting from sodium thiocyanate, aminothiourea was prepared by addition to hydrazine hydrate and rearrangement. Then N,N'-diaminoguanidine hydrochloride was prepared by methylation and hydrazolysis with dimethyl sulfate. Finally, N,N'-diaminoguanidine hydrochloride is substituted with calcium amide.

Production method of Robenidine Hydrochloride Powder.

• Aminothiourea is produced by addition and rearrangement of sodium thiocyanate with water and hydrazine. Then N.N'-diaminoguanidine sulfate is obtained by methylation with dimethyl sulfate and hydrazinolysis. Then replace with calcium chloride to N.N'-diaminoguanidine hydrochloride.
• Finally, it is condensed with p-chlorobenzaldehyde in ethanol to produce chloroguanidine hydrochloride with 94% yield.
• The production method is based on sulfaguanidine as raw material, which is obtained by cyclization with acetylacetone. Sulfaguanidine, acetylacetone, sodium bisulfite, sodium hydroxide and water were put into the reaction kettle, heated and refluxed for about 6h.
• When the reaction liquid appears crystallization, add acetyl acetone to continue refluxing for 20 h. After recovering acetyl acetone, add appropriate amount of boiling water, filter while hot, filter cake with hot water washing, recrystallization, drying sulfadiazine.
