Marbofloxacin Powder is a Fluoroquinolone antimicrobial reagent designed for veterinary use.Marbofloxacin CAS 115550-35-1 acts on a broad spectrum of aerobic Gram-negative and some Gram-positive bacteria, as well as Mycoplasma spp. Marbofloxacin CAS 115550-35-1 acts on a broad spectrum of aerobic Gram-negative and some Gram-positive bacteria, as well as Mycoplasma spp. with high bactericidal activity.
Marbofloxacin Raw Materials is a bactericidal agent with a concentration-dependent bactericidal activity. Sensitive bacteria can die 20 to 30 rains after exposure. Like other fluoroquinolones.
Marbofloxacin CAS 115550-35-1 shows significant antibiotic after-effects against both Gram-negative and positive bacteria, with activity against Marbofloxacin Raw Materials
Marbofloxacin Raw Materials is used for the infection Marbofloxacin Raw Materials is used for the infection of respiratory tracts, digestive tracts. Marbofloxacin Raw Materials is used for the infection of respiratory tracts, digestive tracts, urinary tracts and skin caused by sensitive bacteria in cattle, pigs, dogs and cats. It is also effective for cattle, sheep mastitis, and swine mastitis-agalactia syndrome.
Application/Function of Marbofloxacin Powder.
Marbofloxacin can be used both orally and topically.
The duration of treatment is usually at least five days, longer if there is a concurrent fungal or yeast infection.
Marbofloxacin and other veterinary commercial fluoroquinolones have a similar spectrum of antimicrobial activity. These drugs have good activity against most Gram-negative rods and cocci, including most species and strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus, Campylobacter spp., Shigella, Salmonella, Aeromonas, Haemophilus, Aspergillus, Yersinia, and Vibrio spp.
Other general sensitivities include Brucella spp, Chlamydia trachomatis, Staphylococcus (including penicillinase-producing and methicillin-resistant bacteria), Chlamydia, and Mycobacterium. Fluoroquinolones have variable activity against most streptococci and are not usually recommended for the treatment of infections of this genus. These drugs are less active against most anaerobic bacteria and are not effective in treating anaerobic infections.
Due to mutations, resistant strains have emerged, particularly Pseudomonas spp., Klebsiella pneumoniae, Bacillus immobilis spp. and Enterococcus, but plasmid-mediated resistance is generally considered to occur rarely.
Production Method of Marbofloxacin Powder
As a third generation Fluoroquinolone, Marbofloxacin also targets replication and transcription enzymes such as DNA decapacitase and topoisomerase IV, both of which are important for bacterial survival.
Marbofloxacin significantly killed preflagellate and intracellular flagellate free bodies of Leishmania protozoa in a dose-dependent manner and was more effective than antimony gluconate and antimony sodium gluconate.
After Marbofloxacin treatment, macrophages acquired anti-infective ability and enhanced anti-leishmanial activity through the NO synthase pathway.
