In food industry and fermentation industry, it can also be used as buffer agent, raw material of baking powder, adhesive and ripening agent of bread and salsa, souring agent of powder, quality improver of light condensed milk; it can also be used as stabilising agent and adhesive agent of cheese and other dairy products, meat and fish products, buffer agent of bakery powder, and mixing salt of marinade.
