Methylene dioxy aniline was prepared by nitration and reduction of methylene dioxy benzene. The synthesis of methylene dioxy aniline and diethyl ethoxymethymalonate were heated at 80 ~ 90℃ for 3h, and then reflow in xylene, then n-alkylation was carried out with ethane iodide in DMF solvent at 70 ~ 75℃ in the presence of sodium hydroxide, and the mixture was diluted with water and reflow for 3 ~ 4h. The hydrolysate was acidified with hydrochloric acid to produce quinobacillone.
