Sucralfate Powder Usage and Synthesis.

Aluminium thiosulphate dissociates into octasulphate sucrose polymer in acidic environment, which can be adhered to the bottom surface of ulcers and combined with gastric mucosal protein to form a barrier to protect the gastric mucosa; it can be combined with gastric proteolytic enzyme. It can inhibit the proteolytic activity of the gastric enzyme, which has a long-lasting effect, and has the effect of neutralising the gastric acid.

Uses of Sucralfate.

For the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers and gastritis.

Aluminium Thiosulphate Capsules/Aluminium Thiosulphate Granules:

Used for chronic gastritis and relief of stomach pain, heartburn sensation (heartburn) and acid reflux caused by excessive stomach acid.

Aluminium Thiosulphate Suspension Gel:

For gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, acute and symptomatic chronic gastritis, gastritis caused by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, oesophageal ulcer

For the treatment of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, acid control and inhibition of pepsin

Pharmacological Effect of Sucralfate.
