Yunzhi extract is extracted from the fruiting bodies of the fungi of the genus Gekko of the family Polystictus (Polystictusversicolor (L.) Fronch.), the fungi of the genus Gekko of the family Polystictaceae, the fungi of the genus Gekko of the genus Gekko of the genus Gekko of the family Gekko of the family Gekko of the family Gekko of the family Gekko of the family Gekko of the family Gekko of the family Gekko of the family Gekko of the family Gekko of the family Gekko.
It is rich in proteins, fats, polysaccharides, polysaccharide peptides, glucans, lignin, amino acids and a variety of inorganic salts, as well as a variety of enzymes, such as protease, peroxidase, amylase, insect laccase, and gleanings.
It has the functions of anti-tumour, analgesic, treatment of chronic hepatitis B, lipid-lowering and anti-atherosclerosis, anti-oxidation, anti-aging, qi detoxification and in vitro anti-microbial activity.
Ingredient of Cloud Mushroom Extract.
1. Steroids: Five steroidal compounds have been isolated from Yunzhi, namely ergosterol-7,22-diene-3β-palmitate, ergosterol-7,22-diene-3β-ol, ergosterol-7-ene-3β,5α,6β-triol, ergosterol-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol, and ergosterol peroxide.
2. Triterpenoids: Betulinic acid, a terpenoid, was isolated from Yunzhi.
3. Organic acids: Six organic acids were isolated from Yunzhi, namely, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 2-furanic acid, nicotinic acid and oxalic acid.
4. Alkaloids: The alkaloid 2-cyanoethylformamide was isolated from Yunzhi.
5. Glucitol: Yunzhi contains 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-methyl, 2,4,6-trichloroethylene-O-methyl, 2,3,4-trichloroethylene-O-methyl, 2,3,6-trichloroethylene-O-methyl, 2,4-dichlorobenzenesulfonamide-O-methyl, 2,3-dichlorobenzenesulfonamide-O-methyl-D-glucitol 6 small molecules.
6. Proteins: Yunzhi contains oxalate decarboxylase, haemoproteins, extracellular peroxidase, laccase, polyphenol oxidase, lignin peroxidase, polygalacturonase, superoxide dismutase 8 kinds of protein compounds.
Pharmacological Effect of Cloud Mushroom Extract.
1.Reduce transaminase Yungzhi polysaccharide can make the hepatocellular lesion glycogen reduction and high alanine aminotransferase phenomenon which appeared in the toxic hepatitis of mice caused by CD4 be basically restored.
2.Improvement of immune function
Yunzhi polysaccharide can enhance the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages, and it has an antagonistic effect on spleen atrophy caused by cyclophosphamide.
Yunzhi polysaccharide and filtrate polysaccharide can make thymus shrink and spleen weight increase.
3. Anti-atherosclerotic effect experimentally proved that Yunzhi polysaccharide can effectively inhibit the formation and development of atherosclerotic plaque.
4.Improvement of memory function
YUNZHI polysaccharide can improve the learning memory function of mice and rats. YUNZHI polysaccharide can enhance the hypnotic effect of pentobarbital, YUNZHI polysaccharide peptide also has a certain sedative effect, can inhibit the pain response in mice, but the effect is slow and lasts for a long time.
5.Other effects
Yungzhi glycopeptide has analgesic effect; Yungzhi polysaccharide can effectively scavenge free radicals, induce the synthesis of SOD and GSH, reduce the activity of NOS and NO content, enhance the body's antioxidant capacity, reduce the content of MDA and stabilise the structural integrity of mitochondrial membrane, and have a protective effect on experimental liver injury; Yungzhi polysaccharide has antioxidant activity; Yungzhi polysaccharide has an antiageing effect, and its mechanism of action is related to the enhancement of body immune response and the enhancement of body lipids, and the enhancement of body immune response and the enhancement of body lipids.

Extraction Methods of Bulk Cloud Mushroom Extract Powder.
1. Solvent extraction method: 1Kg of dried Yungzhi seeds was weighed and crushed into particles of about 1mm in size and loaded into the chromatographic column.
Firstly, 10L of chloroform was used to soak for 2d at room temperature, and then the chloroform extract was obtained by percolation, the extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the chloroform was evaporated dry to obtain the chloroform extract of Yunzhi Zi Entity (CV).
The filter residue was extracted by percolation with 10L of ethyl acetate and 10L of ethanol at room temperature, and the extract was concentrated and dried to obtain the ethyl acetate extract and ethanol extract of Yungzhi seed entity.
Pour out the filter residue into the hot extractor, and then sequentially with 10L ethanol 90 ℃, distilled water 95 ℃ for hot extraction, extraction time for 2h, respectively, extracted twice, the extract was concentrated under reduced pressure, and then dried with vacuum freeze dryer to get the hot ethanol extract of Yungzhi Seed Entity and crude hot water extract.
The crude hot water extract was added with three times volume of 95% ethanol for precipitation overnight, and the supernatant was concentrated and dried to obtain hot water extract of Yunzhi seed entity.
2. High-pressure homogenisation method: Yungzhi mycelium was added into deionised water (pH 7.0) at a material-liquid ratio of 1:20. High-pressure homogeniser was used for crushing, with homogenising pressure of 120MPa and homogenising times of 1 time. In the homogenate, 3 times volume of anhydrous ethanol was added for precipitation, and the precipitate was filtered and dried to obtain the intracellular glycopeptide of Y. lucidum.
