Product details
Soybean phospholipid is the general name for lecithin, ceruloplasmin and myelin contained in soybeans. SoyBean Phospholipid is an excipient for the emulsification of oral formulations. SoyBean Phospholipid Raw Materials is prepared from crude phospholipids for the preparation of soy phospholipids for injection. excipients have surface active effects. It is used in the treatment of hyperlipidemia, acute cerebral infarction, and neurological disorders. With the use of soy phospholipid for sedation, only individual patients have transient reactions such as elevated body temperature, chills, headache, chest tightness, nausea, and arthralgia after infusion, which can subside on their own without treatment. Use with caution in cases of hyperlipidemia and hepatic and renal impairment.
Pharmacokinetics of SoyBean Phospholipid:
Phospholipid is a major complex lipid found in nature and is widely present in the brain, nervous system, heart, liver, and other organs of humans and animals, as well as in various microorganisms, poultry eggs, and most plant seeds, and is contained in almost all biological cells. Technical soy lecithin is available in three types: natural, bleached and twice-bleached, brown to yellowish, depending on color. Purified lecithin is nearly white, but gradually turns yellow to brown when placed, and is odorless. mp160°C. Soluble in vegetable oil and ether, soluble in ethanol, insoluble in acetone. Very hygroscopic. Can generate insoluble complexes with cadmium salts, etc. At any pH value, it exists in amphoteric state, so it has surface active effect.
Clinical Application of SoyBean Phospholipid:
Phosphatidylcholine is the main active component of soybean phospholipids in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. The mechanism may be related to the absorption of phosphatidylcholine into the blood by the intestine and its incorporation into HDL-C, which provides a substrate for the conversion of cholesterol into cholesteryl esters and activates lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase and promotes the stabilization of Apo AI. The effective dose of soy phospholipids for the treatment of hyperlipidemia is at least 10g per day for 2 months for adults to have significant effect. Soy phospholipids have significant therapeutic effects in acute cerebral infarction, and the mechanism may be a reduction in the decrease of phospholipid content in the brain during cerebral infarction. The acid value and iodine value of soy phospholipids changed the least and were stable in nature when in pill form, packed in aluminum foil, at 4°C and containing less than 2% water.
Crude phospholipids as raw material, the preparation of injectable soy phospholipid extract preparation take crude phospholipids, add 1.5 times the amount of industrial acetone, stir fully, stand, pour out the upper layer of liquid to recover acetone, precipitation plus acetone, stir fully, stand, repeatedly processing precipitation 4-5 times, until the washing solution with filter paper check no oil stains, combined precipitate. Vacuum filtration to dry, to obtain granular phospholipids. Add 95% medicinal ethanol, heat reflux extraction for 1h, cool, extract the extract, precipitate with ethanol and then extract 2 times, combine the extracts, put in -5℃ cold storage overnight, take out the next day.
