Product details
D-chiral inositol can be used as medicine, health care products and dietary supplements, and has broad development prospects. D-chiral inositol is a member of the inositol family, although "inositol". Includes several biologically active isomers, including L-chiral inositol. MYO (myinositol) is converted to DCI (D-chiral inositol) by an insulin-dependent NAD/NADH differential to isomerase. It is widely recognized as an important auxiliary messenger in pancreatic Chemicalbook signal transduction. DCI (D-chiral inositol) accelerates dephosphorylation of glycogen synthetase and pyruvate dehydrogenase, promoting both non-oxidizing and oxidizing glucose treatment by rate-limiting enzymes. DCI (D-chiral inositol) can reduce insulin resistance due to defects in differential isomerization of muscle inositol to chiral inositol, at least partially restoring insulin sensitivity and glucose processing.
Uses of D-chiro Inositol powder.
Inositol and its phosphates have been used to develop metabolically stable insulin mediators, inhibitors, and regulators of important metabolic functions such as glycolysis. Due to the lack of hydrolytically unstable glycoconjugation bonds, inositol is stable to degrading enzymes in the body.
Preparation of D-chiro Inositol powder.
D-chiral inositol pure white powder, slightly sweet, soluble in water. At present, the main preparation method to achieve industrial production is the extraction of natural substances. D-chiral inositol exists in nature in the form of compounds in beans, buckwheat and other plants and insects (see Table 1). The precursor substance of D-chiral inositol also exists in a variety of plants, such as bougainvine, sugar pine, red acid branch, etc. The synthesis of chiral inositol by chemical synthesis has not achieved a breakthrough at present, and the process steps are complicated and the cost is expensive.
The method of genetic engineering to produce D-chiral inositol is to convert muscle inositol into D-chiral inositol by using the gene modification of Bacillus subtilis. At present, the biological conversion rate is low and the cost is high. As the precursor of D-chiral inositol, the antibiotic chunfulomycin is purified after acetylation, which is also a production path for the preparation of D-chiral inositol.
Product Method of Bulk D-chiro Inositol powder.
