    Parthenolide Powder Usage and Synthesis.

Chamomile lactone is a natural plant compound belonging to the sesquiterpene lactone group of natural products, isolated from medicinal plants such as Aster and Sightseeing Wood.

Recent studies have confirmed that chamomile lactone has a variety of important pharmacological activities, such as anti-tumour, anti-virus, anti-inflammatory and anti-atherosclerosis, etc. It has traditionally been used to treat migraine, fever and rheumatoid arthritis.

Chamomile lactone has also been used to treat inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, because it is able to reduce colonic inflammation by regulating the intestinal flora and modulating the intestinal immune response.

    Uses of Parthenolide.

The sesquiterpene lactone chamomile lactone is a compound extracted from chamomile and was originally used to treat skin infections, rheumatism, and migraine headaches.

Recent studies have shown that chamomile lactone can inhibit the growth of prostate, breast, stomach, leukaemia, kidney, lung, colon adenocarcinomas, adult neural tube cell tumours and, in animal models, UV-induced skin cancers.

    Parthenolide

In vitro studies of  Bulk Parthenolide Powder.

Parthenolide (PTL) has a dose-dependent growth inhibition effect on NSCLC cells Calu-1, H1792, A549, H1299, H157, and H460. Parthenolide can induce cleavage of apoptotic proteins such as CASP8, CASP9, CASP3 and PARP1 both in exposure. In addition to induction of apoptosis, Parthenolide also induces G o/G 1 cell cycle arrest in a concentrationdependent manner in A549 cells and G 2/M cell cycle arrest in H1792 cells.concentration- and time-dependent manner in tested lung cancer cells, indicating that apoptosis is trigged after ParthenolidParthenolide (PTL).
