Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is a secondary metabolite of the mycelium of the fungus Ganoderma lucidum of the family Polyporaceae, which exists in the mycelium and the fruiting bodies of the fungus Ganoderma lucidum.
Ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies are crushed and added to a small amount of culture medium for fermentation. After fermentation, the raw material is centrifuged, the supernatant is concentrated in low temperature vacuum, dialysed, precipitated by ethanol, washed by acetone, deproteinised, spray-dried and finally mixed with 10% aqueous extracted dry powder.
