Clozapine Powder Usage and Synthesis.

Clozapine Powder is a light yellow crystalline powder in appearance. Odorless. Tasteless. Molecular weight 326.83. Melting point 183~184℃. Clozapine CAS 5786-21-0 is a non-classical antipsychotic that selectively blocks DA receptors in the limbic system of the midbrain and has less effect on DA receptors in the striatum nigra.

Clozapine Raw Material has a potent sedative-hypnotic effect due to its ability to directly inhibit the upward activation system of the midbrain reticular formation.
