D-Glucurone Powder CAS 32449-92-6 Raw Material Details
D-Glucurone Powder Usage and Synthesis.
D-Glucurone Powder is a detoxifying agent.D-Glucurone CAS 32449-92-6 can combine with toxic substances in the liver and intestines to form non-toxic D-Glucurone CAS 32449-92-6 can combine with toxic substances in the liver and intestines to form non-toxic acid conjugates, which are excreted from the body.
D-Glucurone CAS 32449-92-6 has hepatoprotective and detoxifying effects.
D-Glucurone Raw Material is used for hepatitis, cirrhosis of the liver, and food or drug poisoning. Auxiliary medicine for liver diseases and Auxiliary medicine for liver diseases and detoxification.
Glucuronolactone, together with biphenyl dibenzoate and carnosine, is a hepatoprotective drug commonly used in our clinic to enhance the detoxification function of the liver, and it has a protective effect against a variety of liver toxicity.
This product is also called glucuronolactone, hepatic tetrazolium, lekelon, claudioic acid, which is rapidly decomposed into glucuronic acid after entering into human body, participating in hepatic detoxification, combining with metabolites, drugs and poisons containing phenol group, hydroxyl group and amino group in liver or intestines into non-toxic glucuronolactone conjugate which is discharged from urine through kidney, so it has the functions of protecting liver and detoxification.
Glucuronolactone can also reduce hepatic amylase activity, prevent glycogenolysis, increase hepatic glycogen and reduce fat storage. Clinically, glucuronolactone is mainly used in the treatment of acute and chronic hepatitis, early cirrhosis, food and drug poisoning.
Since it is an important component of connective tissue and collagen, it is also used in the treatment of arthritis and collagenous diseases.
Uses and functions of D-Glucurone Powder
This product is a detoxifying agent. It can combine with the poison in the liver and intestines to form non-toxic glucuronic acid conjugate and excrete out of the body, which has the effect of liver protection and detoxification.
Used for hepatitis, cirrhosis, food or drug poisoning.
Used in pharmaceutical industry Used in the synthesis of optically active glucose and long-chain alkyl furan glucosides
Pharmacological Effects of D-Glucurone Powder
This product is white crystal or crystalline powder; odorless, slightly bitter taste; color darkening when exposed to light; dissolved in water, part of the lactone into glucuronic acid, to reach the equilibrium state, showing acidic reaction. The product is soluble in water, slightly soluble in methanol, slightly soluble in ethanol. Melting point is 170-176℃(decomposition), specific rotation is +18.0°-+20.0°(0.1g/ml).
After the product enters the body, catalyzed by the enzyme, the lactone ring is opened and changed to glucuronic acid to play a role. Glucuronic acid is one of the important detoxifying substances in the body, which can combine with poisons and drugs containing carboxyl groups in the liver or intestines to form non-toxic or low-toxic glucuronic acid conjugates and be excreted by urine;
It can also reduce the activity of hepatic amylase, prevent glycogen decomposition, increase hepatic glycogen, reduce fat storage, and play a role in protecting the liver and detoxification. Glucuronolactone Tablets are white tablets containing glucuronolactone.
Production method of D-Glucurone Powder.
Glucuronolactone is produced by lactonization of glucuronic acid (see the previous article): the glucuronolactone concentrate obtained by oxidation of starch with nitric acid and then hydrolysis is mixed with glacial acetic acid, and lactonization is carried out at 60-65℃ (5.32-14.6kPa) under reduced pressure and acetic acid is recovered at the same time, and the counteractant is cooled and placed in 6-8d, which is crystallized out of glucuronolactone. Recrystallization with ethanol water solution, pointed charcoal decolorization and refinement of the finished product.
