Hydrochlorothiazide Powder, also known as dihydrochlorothiazide and dihydroketorolac, is a thiazide diuretic.Hydrochlorothiazide Raw Materials has a medium-acting diuretic effect. Uses and functions of Hydrochlorothiazide Powder.
White crystalline powder, odourless, slightly bitter taste. Insoluble in water or chloroform, soluble in acetone, slightly soluble in ethanol, soluble in sodium hydroxide solution, but easily hydrolysed.
- (1)Sodium excretion and diuretic effect: This product mainly inhibits the reabsorption of Na+ and Cl- in the anterior segment of distal tubule and proximal tubule (the effect is lighter), so as to increase the excretion of urinary sodium, potassium, chlorine, phosphorus and magnesium, and decrease the excretion of urinary calcium.
