Radish peeled and sliced, soaked in 3 times the amount of ethanol at room temperature for 4~10h, filtered to get pigment solution, the filter residue and then ethanol extraction once, the second filtrate is lighter, can be used as the next soaking solution; pigment solution distillation concentrate under reduced pressure by spray-drying to get the powdered products.
Extraction rate of 3.5% ~ 4.7% (wet weight), recovery rate of more than 95%.
