Sodium L-aspartate raw Materials Powder Sodium L-aspartate Details
Sodium L-aspartate Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Sodium L-aspartate has excellent freshness and antiseptic effect, widely used in food industry as freshness developer and antiseptic, can replace monosodium glutamate. It can replace MSG. It is mostly used in combination with natural flavorings, monosodium glutamate, glycine or sodium citrate, sodium succinate and so on. It is mainly used as flavor improver in various kinds of curry, vinegar, canned fish, canned vegetables, bread, cookies, beverages and so on.
Uses of Sodium L-aspartate.
Sodium L-aspartate is a compound widely used in agriculture and medicine. In agriculture, it is used as a fertilizer synergist, which can increase crop yield and quality while improving soil quality.
In the field of medicine, Sodium L-Aspartate can be used as electrolyte supplementation drug for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia, low blood potassium, low blood magnesium, heart failure, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, hepatitis, cirrhosis of the liver and other diseases.
In addition, Sodium L-Aspartate can also be used as synthetic sweetener, used as food additives, and as raw material for pharmaceuticals.
Preparation of Sodium L-aspartate.
A method of preparing L-aspartic acid sodium by a biological enzyme, characterized in that: fumaric acid, sodium hydroxide and ammonia are mixed at a molar concentration ratio of 1:1:1 to 1:2:2 and modulated into a substrate solution of pH 8.0 to pH 9.0, and then a fermentation broth containing aspartic acid enzyme is introduced into this substrate solution, and the volume ratio of the said substrate solution to the fermentation broth is 16:1 to 16:3, and the reaction is carried out for 12 to 20 hours at a temperature of 37° C. to 40° C. under atmospheric pressure and conditions, and L-aspartic acid sodium is obtained by isolation. The reaction was carried out at a temperature of 37° C. to 40° C. for 12 to 20 hours under the condition of atmospheric pressure, and L-aspartic acid sodium was obtained by isolation.
