HRK Supply Calcium Chloride raw Materials powder Calcium Chloride
Product Overview:
Calcium chloride is mainly divided into liquid calcium chloride and solid calcium chloride. Liquid Calcium Chloride is the aqueous solution of Calcium Chloride, generally the content of Calcium Chloride is 27~42%. If the content of calcium chloride is too high, the solution will be too viscous, and the solution will solidify when the temperature is lowered, so there are problems such as difficulties in transporting, unloading and using.

HRK Supply Calcium Chloride raw Materials powder Calcium Chloride Details
Calcium Chloride Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Calcium chloride consists of chlorine and calcium and has the chemical formula CaCl2.It is a typical ionic halide, a white solid at room temperature, and its aqueous solution is neutral. Calcium chloride, its hydrates and solutions have important applications in a variety of areas such as food manufacturing, building materials, medicine and biology.
Medical use
It can be made into 2% Calcium Chloride injection for the treatment of hypocalcaemia, among others. Calcium chloride aqueous solution is the main component of tear fluid and can be made into artificial tears. Calcium chloride aqueous solution can be added to ornamental fish feeding water to regulate water quality.
The product can be used for colic, etc. It can be used for itchy skin disease. It is used to relieve magnesium salt poisoning. It is used for vitamin D deficiency rickets, cartilage disease, calcium salt supplementation for pregnant and lactating women. Treatment of calcium deficiency, acute low blood calcium, alkalosis and hypoparathyroidism caused by tetany, vitamin D deficiency.
Food use
Calcium chloride can be added to food as a calcium fortifier, and can also be used as a coagulant for tofu and cheese. Calcium chloride can be added to alcoholic beverages and refreshing beverages to regulate the pH value and hardness of the beverages. Used in the food industry as a calcium fortifier, curing agent, chelating agent and desiccant. It can increase the permeability of bacterial cell walls. The exothermic nature of calcium chloride dissolution makes it useful in self-heating cans and heating pads.
Uses of Calcium Chloride.
Used as a multi-purpose desiccant, such as for the drying of nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, hydrogen chloride, sulphur dioxide and other gases. Used as dehydrating agent in the production of alcohols, esters, ethers and acrylic resins. Calcium chloride aqueous solution is an important chilling agent for freezers and ice making, accelerates the hardening of concrete and increases the cold resistance of construction mortar, and is an excellent antifreeze agent for construction. It can be used as anti-fogging agent for harbours, dust collecting agent for road surface and fireproofing agent for fabrics. It is used as protective agent and refining agent for aluminium and magnesium metallurgy. It is the precipitating agent for producing colour pigment. Used for deinking of waste paper. Raw material for producing calcium salt.
Preparation of Calcium Chloride.
Product method of Bulk Calcium Chloride Powder.
It is made from the mother liquor of soda ash production by ammonia-alkali method, and the aqueous solution is obtained by adding lime milk, which is evaporated, concentrated, cooled and solidified. It is obtained by the action of calcium carbonate and hydrochloric acid. It is refined from the by-products in the production of sodium hypochlorite.
