Resistant Dextrin Raw Materials powder Resistant Dextrin
Product Overview:
Cyclodextrins have cavities in the centre of the ring structure, with -CH- and glucoside-bound oxygen atoms inside, which are sulphur-hydrophilic, and glucose 2-position, 3-position and 6-position -OH groups are hydrophilic, which can be complexed into an encapsulation of other molecules through weak van der Waals forces. There are many substances that can be encapsulated by cyclodextrins, including rare gases, halogens, dyes, spices, drugs, food, pesticides and preservatives. After the encapsulation, its stability, volatility, solubility and reactivity are improved.

Resistant Dextrin Raw Materials powder Resistant Dextrin Details
Resistant Dextrin powder Usage and Synthesis.
1. Use in the pharmaceutical industry using cyclodextrins can be generated with the drug inclusion (encapsulation), you can make
(1) Stabilisation of unstable drugs;
(2) The powdering of deliquescent, adhesive or liquid drugs;
(3) insoluble or insoluble drug solubility (solubilisation) and so on.
2. In the pesticide industry, the use of cyclodextrin package stabilisation, some pesticides can be resistant to storage and improve the effectiveness of insecticides.
3. In the food industry cyclodextrin used in the food industry, has the following effects:
(1) The elimination and masking of special odour;
(2) Improvement of food organisation and structure;
(3) Reduction and removal of bitter and astringent flavours;
(4) Antioxidant effect;
(5) Maintenance and improvement of flavour.
4. Usage in daily-use chemical industry
Cyclodextrin can also be used as emulsifier and quality improver in the manufacture of cosmetics. It also has deodorant (such as deodorant) and antiseptic effect, and can be used in the manufacture of toothpaste and tooth powder.
5.Other Uses
Cyclodextrin can be used as a treatment agent for oily wastewater in environmental protection. The aqueous solution of cyclodextrin is used to clean oil tanks, and can be recycled to treat the waste liquid and get fuel oil.
Uses and functions of Resistant Dextrin.
Cyclodextrin Uses in Chemistry Cyclodextrin is a valuable chemical reagent. When it exists, the fluorescence intensity of the fluorescent pigment will increase significantly, so it can be used for the analysis of proteins and amino acids; it can also be used for the separation of long-chain organic compounds, racemates and so on. In addition, the adsorbent made of cyclodextrin can be used as adsorbent for chromatographic analysis. It can also be used as complexing agent, enzyme activity research, tissue culture agent. This product should be sealed and stored in a dry place.
Preparation of Resistant Dextrin.
Product Method of Bulk Resistant Dextrin.
Cyclodextrin was discovered by Villers in 1891, and α and β cyclodextrins were successfully isolated at the beginning of this century. 1972-1973 the discovery of bacteria producing cyclodextrin enzyme (i.e., cyclodextrin glucosyltransferase, abbreviated as CGT-ase), especially the alkalophilic bacteria therein, was of great significance for the large-scale production of cyclodextrins. Cyclodextrin can be obtained from the processed starch of potato, corn, wheat, etc. as raw material through the following process: starch suspension [70-80°C liquefied] [60°C reacted with ethanol], heat deactivation, filtration, concentration and drying.
