Bioactive pharmacological effects of Emodin Raw Powder

Emodin Powder is the dried rhizome of Rheumpalmatum L., Rheumtanguticum Maxim. exBalf. or Rheumofficinale Baill. in the family Polygonaceae.

The main difference between Rheum Tanguticum and Rheum palmatum is the deeply 3-lobed, elongated pinnate leaf blades. The inflorescences are closely branched, often erect, and cling to the stem.
