Prednisolone Sodium Phosphate Powder Usage and Synthesis.

Synthetic medium-acting glucocorticoid. Mainly used in allergic and autoimmune inflammatory diseases. Not generally used as replacement therapy for hypoadrenocorticism due to weak sodium retention.

Uses of Prednisolone Sodium Phosphate.

Adrenocorticotropic hormone analogue. They have a variety of pharmacological effects including anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and immunosuppressive.

Anti-inflammatory effects: glucocorticoids attenuate and prevent tissue response to inflammation, thereby reducing the manifestations of inflammation.

Immunosuppressive effects: prevent or inhibit cell-mediated immune responses, delayed allergic reactions, and attenuate the expansion of primary immune responses.

CN201310539987.X provides a production process of prednisolone sodium phosphate. A production process of sodium prednisolone phosphate provided by the present invention includes using prednisolone phosphate as raw material, including the following steps:

(a) dissolving prednisolone phosphate with methanol, adding purified water after dissolving and clearing, adding sodium hydroxide solution dropwise to the tank for reaction, controlling the temperature of the dropwise process at 15-30°C, adjusting the pH value slowly to 9.2-10, stirring, and filtering after re-testing the pH value unchanged;
