Purification methods of Bulk Olive Extract Oleuropein Powder.
1、Ye Jianzhong et al. used the process of hot reflux extraction to obtain the crude extract of olive bittersweet, which was purified by the screened AB-8 resin. The optimal conditions for the AB-8 resin purification were as follows: the mass concentration of the upper sample was 2g/L, the elution was carried out by 70% ethanol-water at a flow rate of 3mL/min, and the dosage of the eluent was 3BV, and the final purity of olive bittersweet reached 47.90%, and the flavonoid content was 16.4%. The purity reached 47.90%, the flavonoid content was 16.4%, and the yield was 6.43%.
2. Fu Shan et al. investigated the adsorption of six different macroporous resins on olive bitter glycosides, and screened out the D101 macroporous adsorption resin with good adsorption selectivity.
The optimal adsorption conditions were obtained with D101 resin as the adsorption material: 41.06 mg/mL mass concentration on the sample, 5 mL/min flow rate, 50% ethanol solution elution, 260 mL of eluent dosage, and the resin can be used repeatedly.
The purity of olive bittersweet could reach more than 55% after enrichment by macroporous resin, and then more than 76% after purification by dextran gel.
