Ingredient of Chaga Extract.
The chemical composition of birch mushrooms include polysaccharides, birch fucoxanthin, birch fucoxanthin alcohol, a variety of oxidised triterpenoids, corkyolic acid, a variety of lanosterol-type triterpenoids, folic acid derivatives, aromatic vanillic acid, butyric acid and gamma hydroxybenzoic acid, and also isolated tannin compounds, steroids, alkaloid compounds, melanin, low molecular polyphenols, and lignin compounds.
Pharmacological Effect of Chaga Extract.
1. Anti-cancer effect of birch mushroom on a variety of tumour cells (such as breast cancer, lip cancer, stomach cancer, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, skin cancer, rectal cancer, Hawkins lymphoma) has a significant inhibitory effect, able to prevent cancer cell metastasis, recurrence, enhancement of immunity, and promote health.
Tests have proved that the triterpenes in the extract of birch mushrooms, especially betulinol, have obvious inhibitory effects on Walker 256 cancer cells and macrophage chemokine-7 human breast cells and other tumours.
