White Tea Extract Powder Usage and Synthesis.
White Tea Extract is extracted from one of the six traditional tea types in China - white tea, which is rich in tea polyphenols, flavonoids and other substances.
Its main components are theophyllins (flavanols), phenolic acids, flavonols, phenolic acids, etc., of which catechin compounds account for 65% to 80% of the total amount of tea polyphenols.
Tea polyphenols as antioxidants can be used in meat processing, fat storage and baked goods, dairy products, beverage preparation and so on.
As a preservative, it can slow down the biochemical activities of fruits and vegetables after picking, delaying the ripening period; it can prevent natural pigments (such as carotene, chlorophyll, vitamin B2 and carmine, etc.) from fading due to photo-oxidation.
White Tea Extract has pharmacological activities such as measles treatment, eye-opening, anti-cancer, anti-tumour, anti-mutagenic, anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant, anti-radiation, lowering blood glucose, liver protection, elimination of fatigue, weight loss, regulation of immune function.
Uses of White Tea Extract.
It has pharmacological effects such as treating measles, improving eyesight, anti-cancer, anti-tumour, anti-mutagenesis, regulating immune function, anti-bacterial, anti-oxidation, anti-radiation, lowering blood glucose, liver protection and liver preservation, eliminating fatigue, weight loss and so on.
Pharmacological Effect of White Tea Extract.
1.Anti-cancer, anti-tumour, anti-mutagenic white tea has anti-mutagenic, anti-tumour proliferation, anti-cancer and reduce the toxic side effects of non-steroidal anticancer drugs (NSAIDs) and other effects.
The use of white tea in combination with NSAIDs sulindac can greatly improve the inhibitory effect of sulindac on tumour proliferation, reduce the dosage of sulindac, and thus reduce the toxic side effects of sulindac.
2. Antioxidant function of white tea has a very good antioxidant and anti-aging function, white tea extract has a very good protective effect on cellular DNA damage caused by sun radiation, thus, white tea extract can be used as an effective antioxidant and anti-aging drugs.
3. Regulate immune functionThe theanine content in tea is the highest in different types of tea, White Peony, followed by Huangshixi Maofeng, White Hair Silver Needle, Junshan Silver Needle, Xihu Longjing, etc. The theanine is broken down into ethylamine in human liver, which can mobilise human blood immune cells called Gamma-Delta T cells to fight against external aggressions. Blood immune cells to defend against external aggression, followed by T-shaped cells to promote the secretion of interferon, the formation of the body against infection of the "chemical defence".
According to the United States Harvard Medical School Bukowski experiments concluded that drinking tea can make the blood immune cells interferon secretion increased by 5 times, which can be greater to improve the ability to resist external aggression.
4. Antibacterial and anti-microbial effects White tea has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral effects, and recent studies have shown that the antibacterial effect of white tea is stronger than that of green tea.
White tea extract may have a preventive effect on bacterial growth leading to staphylococcal infection, streptococcal infection, pneumonia and dental caries; white tea can effectively kill bacterial viruses, human pathogenic viruses, in E. coli phage T1 with the addition of white tea extract, 3 hours later, the inactivation rate of T1 reached 87%; studies have also shown that white tea has a very good antimicrobial effect on fungi, and the extract of white tea can completely kill the production of penicillin Mycelium, brewer's yeast and other fungi.
5. Hypoglycemic activity due to the special processing technology of white tea, better retained by the human body necessary and other tea content of less active enzymes, long-term consumption of white tea can significantly improve the body's lipoprotein lipase, promote lipolysis and metabolism, effective control of insulin secretion, delay the absorption of glucose, decomposition of excess sugar in the body, and promote the balance of blood glucose.
Extraction method of Bulk White Tea Extract Powder.
Tea polysaccharides are a class of acidic polysaccharides bound to proteins or a complex of acidic sugars and proteins in tea, short for tea complex polysaccharides.
White tea polysaccharide is an oligosaccharide composed of eight monosaccharides with molecular weights of 1453~1468, and its structure contains one rhamnosyl group, two arabinosyl groups, one unknown monosaccharide A group, one glucosyl group, and three galactosyl groups, and the monosaccharides are bound by glycosidic bonds. There are no amino acids or other acidic groups in the structure of white tea polysaccharides.
White tea polysaccharide preparation process: white tea → hot water extraction → concentration → ethanol precipitation → acetone washing → dialysis → refining white tea polysaccharide white tea tea polyphenol extraction white tea tea polyphenol extraction route: white tea → crushed through the sieve (40 mesh) → water extraction → filtration → tea polyphenol extract.
Determination of white tea tea polyphenol content using ferrous tartrate colourimetric method: tea polyphenols can form violet-blue complexes with ferrous ions, with maximum absorption at a certain wavelength.
In the appropriate concentration range, the polyphenol content and the absorbance of the complex is positive.
Efficacy with the treatment of measles, bright eyes, anti-cancer, anti-tumour, anti-mutagenesis, regulation of immune function, antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-radiation, lowering blood sugar, liver protection and liver preservation, eliminate fatigue, weight loss and other pharmacological effects.
