Corydalis Yanhusuo Extract Powder Details
Corydalis Yanhusuo Extract Powder Usage and Synthesis.
The total alkaloids of Corydalisus is the main medicinal substance, of which Corydalisusin is the main active ingredient, with analgesic, sedative, hypnotic and stabilising, anxiolytic and local anaesthesia, antispasmodic effect on coronary artery, antiarrhythmic, anti-myocardial ischemia, Corydalisin inhibits gastric secretion at greater than the effective dose, Corydalisin reverses the drug resistance of MCF-7/ADM-resistant cells, and exerts antitumor effect, excitatory effect on rat pituitary gland, and antitumor effect on rat pituitary gland.
It can stimulate the pituitary-adrenal glands of rats, anti-5 a path tryptamine, have obvious relaxing effect on the contraction of the uterus caused by CA2+ after high K+ depolarisation, inhibit the formation of pulmonary arterial hypertension, and delay the remodeling of pulmonary artery blood vessels; dehydroziguinchine has the effect of improving the ability of mice to withstand hypoxia; and pamadine has the effect of anti-adrenergic and anti-norepinephrine.
The analgesic efficacy of the three fenugreeks, alpha-, beta-, and uglifloxacin, was stronger in uglifloxacin, followed by beta-, and weakest in alpha-, beta-, and uglifloxacin.
The analgesic effects of etanercept, ugliflozin and decanercept were most pronounced for etanercept, followed by ugliflozin and worst for decanercept. In addition, it was shown that YhsP-1, a polysaccharide extracted from the rhizomes of Yanhusuo, was able to inhibit the growth of sarcoma 180 and leiws lung cancer in mice.
Uses and functions of Corydalis Yanhusuo Extract.
Promoting blood circulation and dispersing blood stasis, regulating Qi and relieving pain. Treating pain in the heart, abdomen, waist and knees, irregular menstruation, obstruction in the abdomen, collapse in the middle of the abdomen, postpartum haematochezia, incomplete discharge, dysmenorrhoea, hernia, bruises and other injuries.
Preparation of Corydalis Yanhusuo Extract Powder.
Weigh 5g of Yanhusuo, respectively, distilled water, 50% ethanol soaked overnight, centrifuged to discard the precipitation, crude extract, concentrated to 25mL under reduced pressure, the solution were extracted with n-butanol, ethyl acetate, petroleum ether, ethyl ether, full shaking, static until the two phases of the liquid surface is completely separated.
Separate the organic solvent phase from the aqueous phase with a separatory funnel, collect the organic solvent, concentrated under reduced pressure and dissolved in sterile water, you can get the extract of Yanhusuo.
Pharmacological Effect of Bulk Corydalis Yanhusuo Extract Powder.
The toxicity of fenugreek is low, its alcoholic extract of the extract of the gavage and intraperitoneal injection, acute toxicity experiments in mice LD50 were 100 ± 4.58 g / kg, 7.5 ± 0.31 g / kg, respectively, the total alkaloids administered by gavage and intraperitoneal administration, dehydrofenugreek alkaloids given by gavage, intraperitoneal, and static, the LD50 (mg / kg) in mice, respectively, were 1023.0 ± 85.3, 541.9 ± 63.6, 277.5 ± 19.0, 21.1 ± 1.4, 8.8 ± 0.4. 63.6, 277.5±19.0, 21.1±1.4, and 8.8±0.4, respectively.
Another subacute toxicity experiment showed that no significant toxic side effects were found when rabbits were given the drug continuously for one month. The minimum lethal dose (MLD) of 102, 42, 150, and 41 mg/kg were also reported in mice given intravenous injections of yanhuisuo ethylin, decylin, ugliin, and cinin, respectively.
It has also been experimentally confirmed that the toxicity of levofenoxetin is less and dextrofenoxetin is more toxic.
Experiments have observed that the alcoholic extract of fenugreek was given to rabbits by gavage for one consecutive month, and the animals' mental state and appetite were normal, and there was no damage to the important organs.
Other experiments show that fenugreek has morphine-like anaesthesia and spinal anaesthesia on frogs, but the anaesthesia effect on mammals is very small, and its cardiovascular inhibition, causing vascular paralysis, respiratory muscle inhibition and myocardial dysfunction and other symptoms of toxicity, and may occasionally cause convulsions.
