    Product Overview:

    Saponin, also known as "saponin", "glycoside grass glycoside", is the plant world (Rosaceae, Dianthus, Dioscoreaceae, etc.) is widely distributed in a class of complex glycoside compounds (glycosides). Its aqueous solution can generate persistent foam similar to soap, hence the name. According to the saponin hydrolysis to generate saponin element (sapogenin) of the basic chemical structure, generally can be divided into steroidal saponins (present in the Maodiwa family of plants, with cardiac effects) and triterpene saponins (present in the soap root, soap skin, no cardiac effects) two categories.

    Raw Materials Saponins Powder Details

    Saponins Powder Usage and Synthesis.

    Saponin is a general term for ligands present in the plant kingdom that have a polycyclic compound as a ligand. Its ligand is known as the saponin ligand, and the sugar components are usually D-glucose, D-galactose, and L-arabinose, but methylpentose and furosemide, among others, are also used as sugar components.

    Saponins are used as detergents, emulsifiers, and foaming agents because they have the property of continuously generating foam in aqueous solution and show protective colloidal properties.

    Saponin can improve the permeability of other substances to cell membranes, etc., and can form insoluble compounds with sterols, alcohols, and phenols.

    In recent years, the problem of saponin wastewater in industrial wastewater treatment has attracted much attention. The new saponin wastewater emulsion breaker can destroy the structure of saponin colloidal particles, so that the foam in the wastewater quickly rupture, with good emulsion breaking effect.

    Uses and functions of Saponins.

    Saponin can be used in clinical laboratory for the determination of blood oxygen capacity and oxygen content; for the determination of detergents for metals in cow's milk by flame atomic absorption photometry; and for the electronic counting of tumour cells in peripheral blood of white blood cells.

    Used as emulsifiers, foaming agents and preservatives, but also the manufacture of steroid hormone drugs intermediates. Saponin is an amphiphilic glycoside and surfactant.

    A secondary metabolite that facilitates the permeation of proteins through cell membranes.

    Used in light industry, chemical industry, pesticide, feed, breeding, textile, oil extraction, mining, building materials and highway construction, etc.

    Saponins Raw

    Pharmacological Effect of Saponins.

    Preparation of Bulk Saponins Powder.

    (1) Raw material pretreatment: clean ginger, crushed with a crusher, crushed with a mill to grind into a pulp, so that the particles in the pulp to 30 mesh, the mass percentage concentration of 30%;

    (2) Extraction of saponin pulp: a frequency differential horizontal spiral discharge sedimentation centrifuge for separation, separation of starch, saponin pulp;

    (3) The saponin pulp is placed in room temperature conditions, natural fermentation for 36 hours;

    (4) Acid hydrolysis: put the fermented saponin pulp into the hydrolysis tank, acid hydrolysis with sulfuric acid, pressure control at 0.2MPa, to get the hydrolysed saponin pulp;

    (5) Acid washing and de-watering: acid washing and de-watering in the filter press, to get the filter residue; at the same time, the production of sewage;

    (6) Drying: put the filter residue into the sandwich through the steam vacuum dryer for drying, control the moisture content of the filter residue in 3 ~ 5%;

    (7) the dried filter residue into the extraction tank, add 120 gasoline, saponin pulp and gasoline mass ratio of 5:6, heating to 90 degrees Celsius, the extraction time of 2 hours, to get the saponin gasoline mixture; at the same time, the fibers can not be dissolved to separate out;

    (8) Concentrate and crystallise the saponin gasoline mixture to obtain a finished product;

    (9) the sewage generated in step (5) is discharged to the neutralisation pool and lime neutralisation reaction, into the electrolysis device for electrolysis, and then into the hydrolysis anaerobic pool for anaerobic biological treatment, and then into the three tandem use of push-flow aeration tank for biological reaction treatment, and finally into the sedimentation tank for precipitation, after treatment of water fully meets the standards, and recycled for use in step (1) and step (5).
