1), adjust the slurry: in the reaction kettle will be potato starch and accounted for the proportion of potato starch quality of 5-25% of sodium sulfate or sodium chloride with water to modulate the starch slurry into 20-23Be, stirring evenly.
2)、Cross-linking: add 3-3.8% sodium hydroxide to the starch slurry under constant stirring to adjust the pH value to 11-12, and then add sodium trimetaphosphate at 0.2-0.5g/ton of potato starch, stirring for 30 minutes.
3), etherification: add propylene oxide to the above crosslinked starch slurry at 50-70 kg/ton potato starch, raise the temperature to 45-49, and continue the reaction to 21 hours.
4), neutralization: adjust the PH value to 6.0-7.0 with hydrochloric acid at a mass concentration of 8-10% at the end of the above etherification reaction.
5) Wash: Wash with cyclone scrubber.
6)、Drying: firstly, use scraper type centrifugal dewatering machine to dewater to ≤45% moisture, and then use air flow dryer to dry to ≤18.0% moisture.
7) Sieving: 80-100 mesh vibrating sieve is used for sieving.
