    100kg of refined short cotton lint was immersed in 45% lye at a temperature of 35-40°C for 0.5-1.0h, and then removed for pressing. Press until the weight is 2.7 times the weight of cotton lint, stop pressing. Crush and loosen.

    Aging at 35 ℃ for 16h. Put the above aged alkali fiber into the reactor, add chloromethane, propylene oxide in turn, and react at 80 ℃, pressure of 1.8MPa for 5-8h, then add appropriate amount of hydrochloric acid and oxalic acid in hot water at 90 ℃ to wash the material, so as to make the volume expansion.

    Dewatering with centrifuge. Wash to neutral, when the moisture content in the material is less than 60%, dry it with 130℃ hot air flow to less than 5% water content. Finally crushed through a 20-mesh sieve to get the finished product.
