    Phosphoric acid is a colorless rhombohedral crystals, viscous liquid, density of 1.834g/cm3, melting point of 42.35 ℃, to the boiling point of 213 ℃ (loss of ½ H2O) to generate pyrophosphoric acid, heated to 300 ℃ into metaphosphoric acid. The acidity of phosphoric acid is between strong acid and weak acid, weaker than sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and nitric acid and other strong acids, but stronger than acetic acid, boric acid and so on.

    Commercially available phosphoric acid is a thick liquid containing 83%-98% H3PO4. Phosphoric acid has a wide range of applications in electric vehicles, energy storage systems, portable electronic devices and wearable devices.

    Excess tail gas from the top of the tower into the NaOH solution neutralization tank, with suspended blocks of phosphoric acid slurry from the bottom of the tower out of the material into the cohesion tank, and heated to 90 ℃, and then through the filtration tank, adjusting the tank (maintaining the temperature of 80 ℃), and then into the adsorption tank. The temperature of the adsorption tank is controlled at 80 ℃, add activated carbon, diatomaceous earth stirring adsorption for 1 h. Finally, it enters the filtration slurry tank, and is filtered at 55 ℃ to obtain food grade phosphoric acid.
