Sodium dihydrogen phosphate has a wide range of uses, it can be used as raw material for manufacturing sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium pyrophosphate; it can also be used in tanning, treatment of boiler water; as quality improver and bakery powder; as buffer and raw material for baking powder in food industry and fermentation industry; it can also be used as feed additives, detergents and dyeing auxiliaries; it can also be used as buffer, raw material for baking powder, adhesive and ripening agent for bread and salsa, souring agent for powder, and quality improver for lightened condensed milk; it can also be used as stabilizing agent and adhesive agent for cheese and other dairy products, meat, and fish meat products, buffer agent for bakery powder, and mixing salt for salting and so on.

Used in boiler water treatment, electroplating. It is the raw material for manufacturing sodium hexametaphosphate and condensed phosphate. Preparation of Sodium Phosphate Monobasic powder.
The method of preparing sodium dihydrogen phosphate from wet process phosphoric acid includes the following steps:
(1) Removal of impurities from wet process phosphoric acid: remove solid impurities contained in wet process phosphoric acid by centrifugation or press filtration, obtain phosphoric acid, and set aside;
(2) Synthesis reaction of the intermediate: put the phosphoric acid obtained in step (1) into the synthesis tank of the intermediate, adjust the concentration of phosphoric acid, heat up the temperature to 40 ℃ -90 ℃, under stirring conditions, add carbamide and phosphoric acid to carry out the synthesis reaction, and the amount of carbamide added is determined according to the molar ratio of carbamide and phosphoric acid as (0.9-1.05):1, and the reaction time is 40min-120min;
(3) Cooling and crystallization to obtain intermediates: after the end of the synthesis reaction, the obtained intermediate slurry is put into the cooling crystallization tank and cooled to a temperature of ≤ 40 ℃, centrifuged and separated, retaining the filter cake, which is the intermediates, and put into the intermediates storage bin for spare parts;
(4) Preparation of sodium dihydrogen phosphate: send the intermediate into the synthesis tank, add a measured amount of sodium hydroxide to mix the reaction, the molar ratio of said intermediate and sodium hydroxide is (1-1.2): 1, control the addition rate of sodium hydroxide to regulate the temperature of the synthesis tank in the range of 40 ° C-90 ° C, stirring the reaction for 20 min-100 min; after the end of the reaction, cool down the sodium dihydrogen phosphate slurry to a temperature ≤ 40 ° C, cooling crystallization. After the reaction is finished, the sodium dihydrogen phosphate slurry is cooled down to a temperature of ≤40 ℃, cooled and crystallized, and the crystals are separated by centrifugation in a centrifuge, and the filtrate is the slurry containing carbamide, and the carbamide is recovered, and returned to the intermediate synthesis tank in step (2) to be used for the production of the intermediates, and the filter cake is the product of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, and is packaged after drying.
