Pharmacological effect of Avobenzone Powder

• 1.condensation addition elimination hydration method, that is, p-methoxyacetophenone and p-tert-butylbenzaldehyde after condensation, bromine addition, elimination into alkyne, hydration to get the product, yield of 58%, the method route is long, high cost, low yield;
• 2. Claisen ester condensation method, that is, the reaction of p-methoxyacetophenone with methyl p-tert-butylbenzoate, the yield is 63.6%, the method is low cost, easy to operate, but the yield is low;
• 3.Aldehyde and ketone condensation method, i.e. p-methoxyacetophenone and p-tert-butylbenzaldehyde were obtained by condensation to alcohol and oxidation with a yield of 34.6%, which is easy to operate, high cost and low yield.
