Citicoline is a nucleic acid derivative. In 1956, Geiger found in animal experiments that citicoline can restore brain damage; Kennedy's research in 1957 confirmed that it is crucial in the synthesis of brain phospholipids. In 1961, Takeda Pharmaceutical Company of Japan developed and produced this product and registered it in my country in 1988. It is currently the best-selling drug for the treatment of brain diseases in clinical practice. It plays an important role in the synthesis of lecithin and improves brain function by promoting the synthesis of lecithin. Citicoline Powder Usage and Synthesis.
