Arabinogalactan (arabinogalactan) is a neutral polysaccharide composed of arabinose and galactose. Arabinogalactan Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Thickener, stabiliser, emulsifier, bulking agent, glazing agent, binder. Used for emulsifying flavours; base for seasonings, sauces and puddings. Substitute for gum arabic. Also used in noodles, bread and sausages.
Uses of Arabinogalactan.
The dosage of arabinogalactan in soya milk, ice cream, ice-cream, jelly, beverages, canned food is about 1% to 1.5%. Vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, fruit juice, gravy, vegetable juice, etc. to form a stable performance of emulsification thickener, etc., the dosage of 0.2% to 0.5% bread, cakes, noodles, macaroni, improve the utilization of raw materials, improve the taste and flavour.
