D-chiral inositol can be used as medicine, health care products and dietary supplements, and has broad development prospects. D-chiral inositol is a member of the inositol family, although "inositol". Includes several biologically active isomers, including L-chiral inositol. MYO (myinositol) is converted to DCI (D-chiral inositol) by an insulin-dependent NAD/NADH differential to isomerase. As the precursor of D-chiral inositol, the antibiotic chunfulomycin is purified after acetylation, which is also a production path for the preparation of D-chiral inositol.
