Pharmaceutical raw materials Powder Manidipine Dihydrochloride Details
Manidipine Dihydrochloride Usage and Synthesis.
Manidipine hydrochloride tablets, indicated for hypertension, especially for patients with low renin type hypertension. It is also suitable for those with impaired kidney function. For hypertension, especially for patients with low renin type hypertension. It is also suitable for those with impaired kidney function.
Uses of Manidipine Dihydrochloride.
Calcium antagonists. It has the function of relaxing arterial smooth muscle, dilating blood vessels, reducing peripheral vascular resistance and arterial pressure. For the treatment of essential hypertension, the effect of lowering blood pressure on low renin type hypertension is more obvious, and can improve uric acid metabolism.
In vitro study of Manidipine Dihydrochloride.
At a holding potential of −37mV, Manidipine decreases the CaManidipine concentration-dependent inhibition of calcium ion concentration response at concentrations higher than 0.1nM. Manidipine inhibited coronary and renal arteries with pIC50 of 9.3nM and 9.1nM, respectively. Manidipine partially inhibits sympathetic nerve activity and suppresses mean arterial pressure response to norepinephrine infusion. Manidipine also inhibits aldosterone secretion. Manidipine increases urinary calcium and uric acid. In addition, Manidipine, at nanomolar levels, can effectively regulate the transcription of genes involved in pro-inflammatory changes in mesangial cells.
