Cinnarizine Powder Usage and Synthesis.

Uses of Cinnarizine.
It is a long-acting and multi-functional vasoconstrictor antagonist, which can dilate blood vessels, improve blood circulation, prevent vascular brittle, and can be used to treat cerebrovascular diseases. It also has therapeutic effects on headache, dizziness, insomnia, memory loss, hemiplegia, limb numbness and weakness, and slurred speech caused by cervical vertigo.
Product method of Bulk Cinnarizine Powder.
Diphenylmethylpiperazine was prepared from anhydrous piperazine and bromodiphenylmethane, and then condensed with propylene chloride. Bromo-diphenylmethane, C13H11Br, [776-74-9], is obtained by heating diphenylmethane under light, adding bromine and holding it at 130℃ for 1h, with a melting point of 45℃. Bromo-diphenylmethane drops were added to piperazine toluene solution, stirred at 80-90℃ for 3h, washed with water after cooling, extracted with 10% dilute hydrochloric acid, alkalized acid layer precipitated, filtered and dried to obtain diphenyl-methylpiperazine. Dissolve it in 95% ethanol, add sodium carbonate, drop propylene chloride at about 65℃, after the drop, heating reflux for 4h, while hot filtration, filtrate placed liquid, crystallization, filtration, to obtain naoyizine crude product, refined, melting point 117-119℃ finished product. The total yield was 48.2% as diphenylmethane.
