Pharmaceutical raw material L-Isoleucine Powder Details
L-Isoleucine Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Since L-isoleucine cannot be synthesised in the human body, it is an essential amino acid, collectively known as branched-chain amino acids together with L-leucine and L-valine, and has an important role in human life metabolism due to its special structure and function.
It can be used to fortify various kinds of food, such as wheat flour, wheat gluten, peanut flour, potato, etc. Isoleucine is a restricted amino acid and should be fortified. It can also be used with other essential amino acids in amino acid preparations and amino acid infusion.
Uses of L-Isoleucine.
Amino acids. Nutritional supplements, mixed with other carbohydrates, inorganic salts and vitamins for injection. Used in conjunction with other amino acids in amino acid infusions and preparations.
Adverse reactions and contraindications: when supplementing amino acids, the supplemental isoleucine and other amino acids are required to maintain an appropriate ratio. If the amount of isoleucine is too large, it will produce nutritional antagonism, causing the depletion of other amino acids and negative nitrogen balance.
L-isoleucine is one of the essential amino acids in human body, the minimum daily requirement is about 0.7g, but excessive consumption will have antagonistic effect with leucine, which will hinder the development.
L-isoleucine can be fortified with various foodstuffs, such as wheat flour, wheat gluten, peanut flour, potato, etc. The isoleucine contained in them is a restricted amino acid, which is suitable for fortification, and it is also used in the preparation of amino acids and amino acid infusion with other essential amino acids.
L-isoleucine is also used in biochemical research, bacteriology and tissue culture.
Used as amino acid injection, compound amino acid infusion, food additives.
Drug Effects of L-Isoleucine.
Isoleucine's actions include working with leucine and valine to repair muscles, control blood sugar, and provide energy to body tissues.
It also increases growth hormone production and helps burn visceral fat, which are difficult to effectively act on through diet and exercise alone because they are inside the body.
Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are all branched-chain amino acids that help promote muscle recovery after training.
Of these, Isoleucine is one of the most potent branched-chain amino acids and is effective in preventing muscle loss because it is able to be broken down and converted into glucose more quickly. Increased glucose prevents muscle tissue damage, making it particularly suitable for bodybuilders.
Leucine also promotes the healing of bones, skin, and damaged muscle tissue, and doctors often recommend that patients take leucine supplements after surgery.
Production methods of Bulk L-Isoleucine Powder.
It was obtained from sugar, ammonia, D-threonine as raw materials, fermented by Serratiamarcescens(Serratiamarcescens), and the final concentration of the fermentation broth was 0.5~1.5g/100ml.Or it was obtained from sugar, ammonia, α-amino butyric acid as raw materials, fermented by Micrococcusflavum(Micrococcusflavum) or Bacillus subtilis( Bacillussubtilis,Aerobactor) and obtained by fermentation, and the final concentration of the fermentation broth can be up to 1.0~1.5g/100ml.
