Neotame Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Nutella is a new sweetener with the chemical name N-[N-(3,3-dimethylbutyl)-L-α-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester.
It has been studied that neotame is metabolized in vivo to de-esterify to form de-esterified neotame and trace amounts of methanol, and is quickly cleared from plasma and finally excreted completely from the feces and urine.
