Cellobiase Raw Materials powder Cellobiase Details
Cellobiase powder Usage and Synthesis.
In the feed industry, β-glucosidase can be used to release and utilize the protein, starch and other nutrients contained in fibre-rich cells by cracking the cell wall, and at the same time degrade the fibre into reducing sugar that can be digested and absorbed by the body of the livestock and poultry, thus improving the utilization rate of the feed. In addition, in food development, it has been applied as a special flavour enzyme, which can play a better aroma effect.
Uses and functions of Cellobiase.
β-Glucosidase can hydrolyse glucoside (GlucosidE) into glucose and other constituent substances, with which ginsenoside-Rh2 with anti-tumour function can be manufactured.
Extraction method of Cellobiase.
The method of extraction of β-glucosidase varies from source to source. In animal and plant bodies and macrofungi it is generally necessary to tissue mash the enzyme source and then extract it with buffer solution. Commonly used buffers include phosphate buffer, acetate buffer and citrate buffer.
The pH is generally chosen as the stable pH of the enzyme; the extraction temperature is suitable for low temperature, generally 4°C. The production of β-glucosidase by microbial fermentation is another source of it, and generally microbial fermentation adopts liquid fermentation. For extracellular enzymes, the fermentation broth is the crude enzyme broth; for intracellular enzymes, the microorganisms need to be broken into cells to release β-glucosidase.
